Senior Solution Architect in Group Consolidation with SAP (m/f/d) – SAP Group Reporting / SEM-BCS / BCS/4HANA

As a specialized consultancy for SAP consolidation and group reporting solutions, we support national and international corporate groups in challenging transformation and implementation projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect who combines professional excellence, technical understanding of architecture and a passion for consulting.

In your role as Senior Solution Architect, you will play a key role in projects related to SAP S/4HANA® Finance for Group Reporting, SAP® Strategic Enterprise Management Business Consolidation System, and SAP® Business Consolidation for SAP BW/4HANA. You will design business and technical target architectures and support our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle—from conception to go-live and beyond.

Your tasks

Design and implementation of group reporting and consolidation solutions based on SAP Group Reporting (on-premise & cloud) and (SEM-)BCS
Professional and technical responsibility for solution design, customizing and implementation
Support for migrations, release upgrades, and the replacement of legacy systems, such as SAP® Enterprise Controlling and Consolidation System (EC-CS), SEM-BCS, and SAP® Business Planning and Consolidation, version for SAP BW/4HANA (SAP BPC)
Analysis and design of consolidated financial statement processes, data flows and consolidation logic
Support for tests, user acceptance tests, go-live and hypercare phases
Advising and coaching specialist departments and conducting workshops and training courses
Close cooperation with project management, customers and - depending on the project - also with SAP itself

You bring with you

Several years of project and consulting experience in the SAP Group Reporting and/or SEM-BCS / BCS/4HANA environment
Very good knowledge of group accounting and consolidation processes (e.g. currency translation, IC reconciliation, capital consolidation, reporting)
Experience in designing, customizing and implementing SAP consolidation solutions
Confident manner in customer contact and enjoyment of professional responsibility and knowledge transfer
Analytical strength, a structured way of working and a high level of quality awareness
Very good German and good English skills
