From Ostbahnhof

Ostbahnhof is only about 3 km away. From there, you can reach Alexanderplatz in about 5 minutes on S-Bahn lines S3, S5, S7, or S75.

By car

The Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz is easily accessible via the Berlin city highway. Public parking is available around Alexanderplatz, as well as the hotel's parking garage.

If you need a place to stay, we recommend the Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz. Thanks to its central location, the hotel is easily accessible from the event venue.

Please note that we do not have a room allocation or special rates for this event. We therefore recommend that you book your room early and directly with the hotel, as availability may be limited.

1. Participation in the event is free of charge. Once you register, we will reserve a spot for you.
2. If you are unable to attend, please notify us in a timely manner. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 calendar days before the event begins. In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or compensation fee of €150.00 per registered participant.
3. If you indicate on the registration form that you wish to attend the evening event, this registration is also binding. You may cancel your registration for the evening event free of charge no later than 14 calendar days before it begins. In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or compensation fee of €33.00 per registered person.
